I offer an integrative approach in supporting you on your unique journey of growth & transformation. Drawing from a broad range of training in various modalities, including somatic practises, rich & varied life & professional experience, I can tailor support to your individual needs. I offer deep listening & open questions relevant to your process to enable you to connect with your own wisdom & God / Divine Source. I understand & respect that language is significant & aim to be attentive & respectful in using that which is helpful to you. Together, we may address hindrances to your progress, "stuck places" by welcoming insight, healing, wisdom, change of mindset needed to move beyond limiting beliefs &/or wounds when you are ready. As a "Spiritual Director" I will not actually be "directing" you anywhere. I prefer the contemporary term: "Companion" or the Celtic term: "Anam Cara." for my role. As one with 100% Irish heritage, I resonate with the ancient Celtic Christian faith tradition of this beautiful practise. It expresses my role as "midwife" coming alongside as you engage your own process of discovery, growth & maturity. Many come to me in life transitions, desiring supportive space to explore next steps & to discern the work of grace in their souls, inviting them into growth & transformation. Some come deconstructing & reconstructing their beliefs. Some desire accountability & motivation to keep progressing in their growth processes, health goals. & lifestyle habits & protocols. Some need relational tools for growing emotional intimacy in their relationships or handling conflict with assertiveness & authenticity. Most of us never received any education in how to process relational conflict in healthy ways. I offer tools in this arena. All is welcome and valid. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I'm aware that thought patterns & emotional wounding, inherited or experienced trauma, impact our ability to thrive. We can address these at your pace & readiness. Second Half of Life - "Developmental Soul Care" For those in this wonderfully reflective stage of life, I offer "DSC". A relatively new genre of Soul Companioning that combines understanding of: Neuroscience, Attachment Repair using Encounter-based approaches, Creative & Somatic practises & Developmental Affirmations for each stage of life.
